Which countries in Europe do you ship to?
We currently ship to all EU member states, as well as Norway, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. Shipping times typically range from 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
How often do I need to replace the AquaTru filters?
The Pre/Carbon filter and the VOC filter generally last for 12 months or 2,271 liters. The Reverse Osmosis (RO) filter lasts for 24 months. The system's control panel will alert you when it is time for a replacement.
What is your return policy for AquaTru units?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the unit in its original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, filters that have been unpacked or used cannot be fully refunded.
Is the AquaTru system BPA-free?
Yes, all water tanks and internal components of the AquaTru system are made from high-quality, BPA-free and BPS-free plastics to ensure your purified water remains uncontaminated.

Does the AquaTru system require professional installation?
No, the AquaTru countertop system is designed for 'plug-and-play' use. It requires no plumbing or professional installation; you simply plug it into a standard electrical outlet and fill the tank.
