At AquaTru Europe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your clean water experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your product within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team via the online portal or email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Package the Product

  Ensure the water purifier and all accessories are securely placed in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to AquaTru

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
